CNC Miller Programmer, Wednesbury 
Salary - £20 - £23 per Hour | Overtime Available | Early Friday Finish | Permanent Position

Are you an experienced CNC Miller Programmer looking for a role that offers job security, overtime opportunities, and a great work-life balance?

We're recruiting for a well-established engineering manufacturer specialising in precision steel and duplex castings. This is a hands-on programming role where you'll be involved from programming through to machine set-up, proving out programs, and supporting production.

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm

Responsibilities

• Offline programming using Fusion 360 or similar CAM software
  
  
• Setting and operating CNC milling machines
  
  
• Proving out and optimising programs on the shop floor
  
  
• Working with FANUC, HURCO, or similar controls
  
  
• Reading engineering drawings
  
  
• Producing precision machined components
  
  
• Carrying out quality inspections and process improvements
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' CNC programming experience
  
  
• CNC milling background
  
  
• Experience with CAM software such as Fusion 360
  
  
• Knowledge of FANUC, HURCO, or other CNC controls
  
  
• Ability to set and prove out programs
  
  
• Hands-on approach to machining and manufacturing
