Waste Sortation Operative

We are seeking a dedicated Waste Sortation Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective sorting of various waste materials, ensuring that recyclables and non-recyclables are properly categorized and processed. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a range of materials including plastics, metals, paper, and organic waste. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will need to identify and segregate different types of waste to optimize recycling efforts and reduce landfill contributions.

Your duties will include operating sorting machinery, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. You will also be required to monitor the quality of sorted materials and report any issues to your supervisor.
