Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with product inquiries, providing recommendations, and processing transactions accurately at the point of sale. You will also maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring that the sales floor is clean and appealing.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Previous experience in retail or a similar environment is preferred, but not mandatory. You should be capable of working collaboratively with team members and adapting to a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and the ability to handle cash and electronic payments responsibly are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is also required.
