Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker or Senior Residential Support Worker looking to take the next step in your career?

We're recruiting for a Team Leader to join a specialist Children's Residential Home supporting young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs.

You'll support the day-to-day running of the home, lead shifts, mentor staff, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive. Working alongside the Registered and Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and support.

Requirements

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Experience within a Children's Residential Care setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
• Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 12 months)
• Willingness to undertake sleep-ins and shift work
