Location: Brighton
Salary: £14,014 per annum pro rata (£7,007 for the 6-month contract)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 2:30pm
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join a leading financial services organisation in Brighton on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers convenient daytime hours, making it ideal for candidates seeking a position that fits around other commitments while still providing the opportunity to work within a professional and supportive environment.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting customers and ensuring they receive outstanding service throughout every interaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels
• Providing accurate and helpful information
• Updating customer records and maintaining data accuracy
• Resolving customer queries in a professional manner
• Delivering an excellent customer experience at all times

Training & Hybrid Working

• The first 4 weeks will be office-based in Brighton, Monday to Friday, for training
• Following training, employees can choose to work on a hybrid basis, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
• Full office-based working remains available for those who prefer it

• Previous customer service experience from any sector
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Good IT and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
