The Role

As a Graduate Research Associate, you will learn how to identify, approach and assess senior executives for high-value search assignments. From day one, you will speak with CEOs, CFOs, COOs and other C-suite professionals while building knowledge of private equity-backed businesses. A structured development programme, live coaching and regular call reviews will help you strengthen your research, communication and relationship-building skills. As your confidence grows, you will take greater ownership of your market and progress towards a long-term career in executive search.

Requirements

Must-Have

• A 2:1 or above in your degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
