Our client is a specialist executive search consultancy that partners with Private Equity firms and their portfolio businesses to identify and secure senior leadership talent in the heart of Leeds. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire ambitious graduates to join their structured development programme and build a long-term career within executive search.

Graduate Research Associate – Executive Search – Leeds – £28k-£30k 

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to receive extensive training while working alongside experienced consultants in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You’ll gain exposure to senior business leaders from day one, developing the skills needed to become a high-value executive search professional.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Completing a structured training and development programme designed to accelerate your progression.
• Speaking with CEOs, CFOs, COOs and other senior executives within Private Equity-backed businesses.
• Identifying and engaging high-calibre executive candidates through phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Conducting market research and talent mapping across a range of industries.
• Building long-term relationships with senior professionals and clients.
• Working towards clearly defined performance targets with ongoing coaching and support
• Adding value and progressing in a rapidly-growing company

What you need: 

• A First-Class Honours degree.
• Highly ambitious with a genuine desire to build a long-term career.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Evidence of part-time work experience, society work or other extra-curricular activities 
• No previous recruitment, executive search or sales experience is required.
