A global manufacturer is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join their operations team as a Supply Chain Administrator. This is far more than an admin role as you’ll gain hands-on experience across purchasing, procurement, logistics, warehousing and stock management while completing a structured training programme to help you advance your career.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, developing practical skills across every stage of the supply chain, including:

• Supporting the Supply Chain Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Learning how purchasing and supplier relationships are managed.
• Assisting with stock control, inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Using industry-standard ERP systems to manage products and materials.
• Processing goods received and maintaining quality documentation.
• Helping ensure products are fully traceable and compliant with industry standards.
• Producing reports and supporting continuous improvement projects.

What are we looking for?

• A 2:1 grade (or above) in your chosen degree subject
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Confident communication skills
• Living within a 1-hour commute of the Oldbury site
