Administrator / Coordinator / Scheduler

Birkenhead, Metropolitan Borough of Wirral NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator / Scheduler to join a Facilities Management Contractor in the Birkenhead area. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day coordination of facilities services, ensuring client requirements are met, jobs are scheduled efficiently (Planned and Reactive work) and administrative processes run smoothly. You will need strong communication skills as you'll be dealing with incoming calls, client queries, client and contractor emails and the effective day to day scheduling of contactor dairies. You'll also need strong IT skills (MS Office - Excel) and be able to quickly adapt to inhouse computer software (full training will be given). In return we're offering a Temp to Perm opportunity (12wks temporary) then a Permanent Contract upon the successful completion of the qualifying period. Initial contract salary if - £16.34ph (approx 40hrs paid per wk) - leading to a permanent salary of Circa (£26500 + full benefits package). We have an immediate start available.
