Catering Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the catering operations by preparing and serving food and beverages in a variety of settings. You will assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring that cleanliness and organization are maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting chefs with food preparation, serving meals to guests, and ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld. You will be expected to interact with customers, taking their orders and addressing any dietary requirements or concerns they may have. Additionally, you will help with inventory management, including stock rotation and maintaining records of supplies. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as shifts may vary based on event needs.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
