Civil Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations on site, including coordinating the efforts of subcontractors and laborers, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining a safe work environment. You will also collaborate closely with project managers to develop schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress, while effectively communicating with stakeholders regarding any issues or changes that may arise.

Key responsibilities include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, quality control measures, and project specifications. You will be expected to prepare and maintain accurate records, including daily reports, work logs, and progress documentation. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in civil construction, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. Excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. A degree in civil engineering or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is preferred. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry will be highly regarded.
