Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Site Fitter / Installation Operative to join their South West Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting projects while benefiting from ongoing training, development, and career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on bespoke installations and construction sites across the South West and Wales
• Support the Site Supervisor in the safe and efficient delivery of projects.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
• Ensure installations are completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and site personnel.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach whilst representing the business on customer sites.
• Many of the installations are architecturally unique and involve high quality metal and steel work.

About You

• Previous site-based construction experience is essential.
• Experience working with metalwork, steelwork, or a related trade would be advantageous.
• Valid CSCS Card & Full UK driving licence.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to work and travel.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• Looking to develop your skills and build a long-term career within the industry.
