Paint Sprayer / Prepper (Improver) Tonbridge, Kent Up to £35,000 for improver, more for an experienced candidate Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm (Flexible) Optional Overtime Available Completed your apprenticeship and ready for the next step? We're working with a well-established accident repair centre that's looking for an Improver Paint Sprayer/Prepper to join its friendly, experienced team. This role is ideal for someone who's gained their qualifications and has some experience in the workplace but wants to continue developing under the guidance of experienced professionals. You'll be given the opportunity to refine your skills, increase your efficiency and progress your career in a supportive environment. The Role • Preparing vehicle panels ready for paint. • Priming and painting repaired vehicle bodywork. • Mixing and colour matching paint. • Polishing finished repairs to a high standard. • Maintaining excellent product knowledge and following manufacturer repair processes. • Working alongside experienced Paint Technicians to continue developing your skills. We're Looking For • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Paint or equivalent. • Around 1-2 years' experience following your apprenticeship (or similar). • A positive attitude and a willingness to keep learning. • Pride in producing quality work. • Someone looking for a long-term career rather than just another job.
