What's in it for you? ·Basic Salary of £35,000 - £45,000+ DOE ·Monday to Friday working hours (8:30am - 5:00pm) ·Excellent work-life balance with no weekend working ·Ongoing training and development ·Career progression opportunities ·Stable, supportive working environment   The Role As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to the highest industry standards, ensuring every repair leaves the workshop with a flawless finish. Key responsibilities include: ·Preparing vehicles and panels ready for the painting process. ·Mixing and applying paints to achieve accurate colour matches and high-quality finishes. ·Carrying out primer, basecoat and clear coat applications using approved techniques. ·Polishing and rectifying minor paint defects where required. ·Maintaining spray booths, equipment and work areas to a high standard. ·Working closely with Panel Beaters and the wider Bodyshop team to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround. ·Following manufacturer specifications and health and safety procedures at all times. ·Delivering consistently high-quality workmanship within agreed repair times. About You We're looking for an experienced individual who takes pride in producing first-class paint finishes. You'll ideally have: ·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher. ·Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development. ·Experience working within a Bodyshop, accident repair centre or commercial vehicle environment. ·Excellent knowledge of modern refinishing techniques and paint products. ·Strong attention to detail with a commitment to achieving exceptional quality. ·The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment. ·A positive attitude and strong team-working skills. ·ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential. ·A full UK driving licence is preferred.
