Full-Time Primary School Teaching Assistants

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and across the whole class
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, resource adaptation, and classroom management
• Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) by tailoring learning to individual requirements
• Foster a safe, safe, and engaging learning environment using imaginative and innovative methods

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience working within a school setting is preferred
• DBS: An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
• Work Authorisation: Must have full eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available)
• Skills: Strong classroom management, flexibility, and a student-centred approach
• References: Must be able to provide 2 recent professional references
