    • Taking on increasing responsibility as you move toward higher‑level management roles within the business.

    • Commercial and mixed-use developments
    • Major hospital builds and extension programmes.

What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
  • A degree (or equivalent) in civil or structural engineering.
    • Chartered status with ICE or IStructE or actively working toward it.
    • Proven experience in building structures within a consultancy environment.
    • Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Tekla, Autodesk, and other analysis tools.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
    • A strong understanding of the design and construction process from concept stage through to site delivery.
Why Join This Consultancy? You’ll be joining a well-known, locally respected business with a modern approach to work-life balance. Their flexible working policy actively supports home working and autonomy over your working week. You’ll also benefit from:
  • Contemporary, well-equipped offices
