Accountant

A job opportunity has arisen with an accountancy firm, based in Grantham, who are looking to hire an Accountant to join their team.

The firm are open to considering full-time or part-time applicants. The salary is negotiable, but it is dependent on your experience and qualifications. Ideally they are seeking someone that can “hit the ground running” with preparing year-end accounts.  

Key responsibilities: 

• Preparation of accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships to draft stage, ready for review.
• Bookkeeping
• Tax returns – experience of personal and corporate tax useful or this area can be trained on.
• Final accounts preparation / statutory year-end
• VAT returns and office workflow monitoring
