Meeting and Events Sales Coordinator

M&E Sales Coordinator – Birmingham | Weekly pay, £15.00+ per hour & the opportunity to secure a permanent role.

We’re looking for an M&E Sales Coordinator to join a busy hospitality venue in Birmingham. If you have conference and events sales experience and enjoy building client relationships, this could be your next opportunity.

• 36.5 hours per week (5 out of 7)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage conference and event enquiries by phone and email
• Convert enquiries into bookings and maximise revenue
• Maintain booking systems and client records
• Liaise with operations to ensure successful event delivery
• Upsell accommodation and event packages
• Support reporting, telesales and promotional activities

What we’re looking for:

• Conference, Meetings or Events Sales experience
• Hospitality or Hotels background preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using booking systems or CRM software
• Flexible to work occasional weekends
