Compliance Administrator, 6 Month FTC, Crewe, £28,900pa

Key Responsibilities include…

  • Provide administrative support to the compliance team
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and tracking systems
  • Manage documentation, ensuring records are organised, compliant and audit-ready
  • Coordinate the translation, notarisation and distribution of regulatory documents
  • Raise purchase orders and provide administrative support for business projects
  • Liaise with internal teams and external providers to support across the business
  • Prepare and collate documentation for audits and compliance checks
  • Maintain training records and monitor compliance with training requirements
  • Ensure all activities are completed in line with company procedures and quality standards

 

Skills required…

  • Previous administration, coordination or document control experience, ideally within a regulated environment such as manufacturing, healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident maintaining records, databases and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Able to prioritise a busy workload and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proactive, reliable and professional, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
