Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator | Birchwood | Temporary (Part-time) | £26k – £28k (Pro rata)

Hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm

Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently hiring for a Payroll Administrator to join their client on a temporary part-time basis. As a Payroll administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing various payroll functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reconcile payroll reports and investigate discrepancies or payroll queries.
• Respond to employee payroll enquiries professionally and confidentially.
• Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure all statutory submissions are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and update personal information as required.
• Process weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Logging holiday requests.
• Updating attendance registers daily.
• Notifying payroll of new starters and leavers.
• Process statutory payments, including sick pay, maternity/paternity pay, and holiday pay.

What we’re looking for:

• Payroll administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills
