Job description:
Temporary Customer Service Representative. (min 3 months) Lostock. £12.71 – £13 per hour DOE. Part time – Mon – Fri 10am – 3pm. Immediate start required.
Our client is looking for two part time Customer Service Reps to support the team on a part time basis. Duties will include;
- Renewing memberships with existing members
- Handling renewals and queries via email, phone calls and live chat
To be successful, you will have previous phone based customer service experience, confident handling inbound and outbound calls as well as strong organisational skills. Previous experience using live chat would be an advantage.
