New Homes Sales Progressor-Leeds Based £50k

Location: Leeds
Salary: £35,000 Basic + £15,000 Company Bonus (OTE £50,000)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days working from home

We’re looking for an experienced and organised Sales Progressor to join our client’s growing New Homes team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established developer, managing the sales progression process from reservation through to legal completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will have previous Sales Progression experience, with Part Exchange experience being essential. Candidates from a New Homes or Estate Agency background will both be considered.

About the Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for ensuring property sales move smoothly through the legal process, liaising with customers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage advisors and internal departments. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer journey while proactively managing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Progress property sales from reservation through to legal completion.
• Manage and coordinate Part Exchange transactions from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers and purchasers to ensure sales remain on track.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
• Monitor sales pipelines and provide regular updates to internal teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay completions.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the buying journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Part Exchange experience is essential.
• Previous experience within New Homes or Estate Agency Sales Progression.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload.
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
