Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Security Officer to join our team, ensuring the safety and security of our retail environment. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other incidents that may compromise the safety of customers and staff. You will conduct regular patrols, both on foot and via surveillance systems, to identify and address potential security risks while maintaining a visible presence that deters criminal activity.

As a Retail Security Officer, you will also be responsible for responding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, documenting occurrences accurately, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary. You will assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures, providing training and guidance to staff on best practices for loss prevention. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential, as you will engage with customers and employees to ensure a positive and secure shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a security role, preferably within a retail environment, and possess a valid security license.
