Estimating Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimating Team Leader to oversee our estimating department and ensure the delivery of accurate and competitive project estimates. In this role, you will lead a team of estimators, guiding them in the preparation of comprehensive cost estimates for various projects. Your responsibilities will include analyzing project specifications, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining estimating processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of cost estimating principles. You will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that all estimates are completed within tight deadlines. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct regular reviews of estimates, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and actively participate in project bid meetings. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with several years of experience in estimating, is required for this position.
