Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants. Daily tasks will include performing routine inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and executing repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. You will also be tasked with maintaining the building’s exterior, including landscaping and ensuring that common areas are clean and well-maintained.

The successful applicant will possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. You will need to document maintenance activities, manage inventory of supplies, and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required, along with relevant certifications in building maintenance or related fields. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, as well as a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
