About the role
We are working with a leading supplier of products to the manufacturing, engineering & construction sectors based in Dromore to appoint their new Internal Sales / Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting into management and working as part of their commercial team you will be;
- Support sales admin
- Manage enquiries, quotes and orders
- Prepare sales reports
- Support field sales
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Prepare proposals and contracts
- Maintain customer relationships
- Support lead generation
- Handle customer queries
What we are looking for…
- Experience gained within a similar role, ideally within a technical environment
- Strong, confident communication skills
- Sound level of IT literacy, ideally to include a CRM system or similar
