About the role
CT1 - General Medicine
Locum CT1 General Medicine position at Downe Hospital, Downpatrick, South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust.
We are seeking a Core Trainee (CT1) level doctor for a General Medicine locum placement starting 4th August 2026. This is a day shift position.
You will provide medical cover across general medicine wards, supporting the on-call rota and managing acute medical admissions under consultant supervision.
Requirements:
- Full GMC registration with licence to practise
- CT1 level experience or equivalent in General Medicine
- Ability to manage acute medical admissions
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid DBS/AccessNI clearance
