Part Time Receptionist - Maidenhead

My client is seeking a reliable and organised Part Time Receptionist to support the smooth running of office and facilities operations in Maidenhead.This role involves managing office and kitchen supplies, arranging catering and meeting room setups, and providing reception and visitor services when required.You will liaise with contractors, building management, and IT support, manage access passes and parking systems, and coordinate cleaners and other facilities-related services. Supporting health and safety compliance and inductions is also a key part of the role.Additionally, you will undertake general office administration and facilities management duties to ensure a well-maintained and efficient workplace environment.This role is for a minimum of one month and pay rate is £12.71 per hour PAYE + holiday pay. The working hours 25 hours per week and is Monday to Thursday from 9:30am to 2:30pm, and Friday from 9:30am to 1:30pm.Key ResponsibilitiesManage office and kitchen supplies to ensure stock levels are maintainedArrange catering and set up meeting rooms as requiredProvide reception and visitor services when neededLiaise with contractors, building management, and IT support teamsManage access passes and parking systems for staff and visitorsCoordinate cleaning schedules and other facilities-related servicesSupport health and safety compliance, including staff inductionsPerform general office administration and facilities management tasksPrevious experience is essential.
