We’re recruiting for Scanning Operatives to support a busy document digitisation project based in Northampton. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team working in a clean, professional environment. You’ll be handling and scanning a range of documents to help convert paper files into secure digital records.

We’re recruiting for Scanning Operatives to support a busy document digitisation project based in Northampton. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team working in a clean, professional environment. You’ll be handling and scanning a range of documents to help convert paper files into secure digital records.
Duties Will Include:
- Preparing documents for scanning
- Using specialist scanning equipment (full training provided)
- Accurately saving and organising digital files
- Following clear procedures to maintain high quality and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using a computer
- Reliable, punctual and able to work to set processes
- Must live locally or have your own transport (site not easily accessed by public transport)
Additional Info:
- Full-time hours (40 hrs/week)
- £12.85 per hour (increasing to £13.38 after 12 consecutive weeks)
- 12 Month fixed term contract
- DBS check required (provided and paid for by the company)
- Due to the nature of the work, we cannot consider candidates with criminal convictions or pending cases
