We're looking for a Business Manager to lead and grow our specialist division in Paisley. You'll be commercially astute, ambitious, and have a proven track record of success within agency recruitment, with the drive to take an established division to the next level. 

This is a full-time, office-based role, reflecting thew importance and influence of this leadership position.

Your responsibilities as an Accountancy and Finance Business Manager

As the face of the team, you'll take ownership of continuing to develop and strengthen relationships with key accountancy clients across both domestic and international markets. 

Supported by a dedicated back-office team, advanced automation technology and marketing, you'll be well equipped to drive growth. Alongside managing high-profile client relationships, you'll lead and mentor a successful recruitment team while partnering with some of the industry's most recognised brands and senior professionals. 

What we want from you

You'll have an in-depth understanding of the accountancy and finance recruitment market, supported by an established network of industry contacts. Previous recruitment agency experience is essential, as you'll be expected to make an immediate impact from day one.

You'll be a confident and commercially minded leader with experience managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, you'll build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates while driving continued business growth in a competitive market.
