Associate Solicitor – Medical Negligence | Birmingham | 3+ PQE

TSR Legal are representing a highly regarded national law firm seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join its established Medical Negligence team in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading claimant clinical negligence practice, working alongside recognised specialists on a broad range of complex and high-value cases. The team has an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional client care and handling matters involving birth injuries, spinal injuries, surgical negligence, delayed diagnosis, oncology, neurological injuries and other complex clinical negligence claims.

The Opportunity

You will manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from instruction through to resolution, including litigated files where appropriate. You will also support senior lawyers on complex, high-value claims while providing empathetic, practical advice to clients throughout their claim. The role also offers the opportunity to become involved in business development and contribute to the continued growth of a successful and collaborative team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Clinical/Medical Negligence.
• Claimant experience is preferred, although solicitors from a defendant background looking to transition into claimant work are encouraged to apply.
• Experience assisting on complex, high-value litigation.
• Strong client care, communication and organisational skills.
