A Career Built on Inspiration and OpportunityWe are seeking dedicated Classroom Support Assistants to work within EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings. This role is ideal for those passionate about primary education, literacy, and community building. You will support the Class Teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring no child is left behind.

- The Ultimate Teacher Training: This is the perfect springboard for aspiring Primary Teachers (PGCE/School Direct) or those looking to gain formal classroom experience.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy typical school hours (approx. 8:30 am - 3:30 pm) with no "take-home" work or weekend commitments.

- Creative Classroom Management: Assist the teacher in preparing resources, creating displays, and managing classroom behavior to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Holistic Pupil Support: Assist with the social and emotional development of students, helping them build resilience and teamwork skills.
- Collaborative Success: Work closely with the Class Teacher to track pupil progress and ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment.
We value energy, initiative, and a "can-do" attitude. You are an ideal fit if you:
- Are Proactive & Energetic: You see what needs to be done and jump in to help, whether it's setting up a science experiment or mediating a playground dispute.
- Have Relevant Experience: This could be from a school, youth club, coaching, or any setting where you have mentored or led young people.
- Are Academically Confident: You have a strong grasp of the primary curriculum and the ability to explain concepts in a way that "clicks" for children.
