We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to support one of our key warehouse clients across the East Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. No two days are the same, with a mixture of recruitment, compliance, administration and travelling to client sites to welcome and induct new workers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruiting and resourcing candidates for warehouse vacancies.
• Advertising roles and screening applications.
• Conducting candidate registrations and interviews.
• Completing Right to Work (RTW) and compliance checks.
• Organising and delivering onsite inductions at warehouse locations across the East Midlands.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and our client.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring compliance at all times.
• Supporting the day-to-day staffing requirements of our client.

• Comfortable working from home when required.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle.
• Willing to insure your vehicle for business use.
• Able to travel regularly between warehouse locations throughout the East Midlands.

Previous recruitment, customer service, administration or HR experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
