THE ROLE
We have a vacancy for a Solicitor 4 + PQE with a solid property litigation background to join a well-established in house legal department
As a member of s growing business, you will be expected to take early responsibility for managing a significant caseload of contentious work to include residential landlord/tenant matters,, housing management, and property litigation, in addition to commercial contracts and data protection
You will be supporting the Head of Legal Services, team members and Directors review legal risks and to develop appropriate mitigation and control strategies
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 PQE with a strong track record handling property litigation
You will have excellent technical skills capable of building and managing effective work/team relationships
Candidates must have good knowledge of the civil procedure rules, housing management, residential landlord and tenant law and contract law., able to effectively use technology such as a case management system
Knowledge of one or more of the following sectors: social housing, charities/not-for profit, property and development, regulated industry/services would be of particular interest
Hybrid working arrangements available .
