You’ll be joining a specialist construction and engineering team delivering a major multi‑phase development in West London, a large, technically demanding site transitioning from full demolition and remediation into the construction of new high‑spec facilities. It’s the kind of environment where your coordination, your eye for detail and your ability to keep people moving safely and efficiently will set the tone for the whole project.

This isn’t a box‑ticking role. It’s a chance to take ownership of your section of works, influence delivery, and be part of a project that genuinely matters.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

• Keeping activities running smoothly, safely and in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensuring trades, suppliers and logistics are aligned and productive.
• Supporting short‑term planning, hitting milestones and escalating risks early.
• Delivering inductions, briefings and inspections, and setting the standard for safe working.
• Inspecting works, managing ITPs, raising NCRs where needed and driving defect‑free completion.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate site records, diaries and progress updates.

You’ll be central to ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the quality expected, and you’ll have the autonomy to shape how that happens.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience managing construction activities on live sites
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and subcontractor management
• Knowledge of quality, safety and programme control
• ONC/HNC or equivalent construction qualification
• CSCS Manager Card & SMSTS
• First Aid (desirable)
