Associate Dentist / Thornton Cleveleys, Lancashire

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Thornton Cleveleys, Lancashire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods taken into consideration.
• Part time opportunity, 2 days per week.
• Surgery space on Thursday / Friday 8.30am -5pm.
• Optional Wednesdays between Oct 2026-May 2027 (due to Mat leave).
• Permanent Associate role with a 3-month notice period.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Mixed role with an established patient base.
• Up to 2000-4000 UDAs available, flexible target.
• Competitive UDA rate, to be discussed.
• Typical NHS earnings of £35,000-£60,000 (based on 2 days per week).
• Great private earning potential.
• Private income paid at 45% split.
• Access to Therapist to support UDA delivery.

Practice Details:

• Established 8 surgery practice, newly refurbished.
• Computerised (Dentally), digital x-rays, iTero scanner, Zeiss surgical microscope, OPG and CBCT scanner.
• Treatments provided include dental implants, endodontics, Invisalign and oral surgery.
• Access to Hygienist.
• Good local transport links to Manchester, Preston and Liverpool.

Requirements:

• GDC registration.
• Active performer number
• Valid DBS check
