About the role

Change Specialist - Enterprise Technology Transformation
London - Hybrid, 1 day per week in office
£500 - 550 per day, depending on experience
Outside IR35Contract until December 2026 (with potential extension)

We are supporting a well-known UK organisation undergoing a major Enterprise Transformation Programme and are looking for an experienced Change Specialist to join an established programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a contractor who enjoys parachuting into live transformation programmes, quickly understanding the business landscape and helping organisations successfully adopt new technology, systems and ways of working.

You will work closely with programme leadership, project teams and senior business stakeholders to ensure new technology and business processes are embedded successfully, benefits are realised and colleagues are supported throughout the transformation journey.

The Change Management framework, governance and strategy are already established. This role is focused on delivery - driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption across the programme while acting as the bridge between programme delivery and BAU.

Strong communication, resilience and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation will be key, particularly when supporting teams who have been operating in the same way for 10+ years.

We are particularly interested in contractors who have:

  • Delivered large-scale technology or enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Experience joining transformation programmes mid-delivery and quickly adding value.
  • Built trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including Director and C-suite level executives.
  • Led stakeholder engagement, business readiness and user adoption activities.
  • Produced communications, learning content, training plans and adoption materials.
  • Conducted change impact and business readiness assessments.
  • Successfully balanced programme delivery with BAU priorities.
  • Helped transition programmes into BAU, ensuring change is embedded.
  • Applied recognised Change Management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, APMG Change Management or similar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver change and adoption activities across a major Enterprise Transformation Programme.
  • Drive the successful adoption of new technology, systems and business processes.
  • Build credibility with stakeholders and influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • Produce engaging communications, learning materials and training content.
  • Facilitate workshops, business readiness and change impact activities.
  • Support benefits realisation and ensure change is successfully embedded into BAU.
  • Work closely with Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and technical delivery teams to bridge the gap between business and technology.

Ideal Background

We're looking for someone who is comfortable stepping into an established programme and making an immediate impact. You'll be confident engaging senior stakeholders, navigating organisational complexity and communicating effectively with teams who may have worked in the same way for many years. If you enjoy rolling your sleeves up, building relationships quickly and delivering meaningful organisational change, we'd love to hear from you.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Prosci ADKAR / APMG Change Management
