The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Supporting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
• Preparing legal documents and carrying out searches
• Providing a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process

Candidate Requirements

• Trainee Solicitor nearing qualification, CILEX professional, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor
