Water Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Water Engineer to join our dynamic team, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing water supply and wastewater systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hydrology, fluid mechanics, and environmental regulations. You will be tasked with conducting feasibility studies, preparing detailed designs, and overseeing construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for water resource management and sustainability.

Your role will also involve performing site assessments, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing technical reports for stakeholders. You will develop and implement maintenance programs to enhance the performance of existing systems and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors. A proactive approach to problem-solving will enable you to address challenges effectively while staying within budget and timelines.

To be successful in this position, you should hold a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a focus on water resources. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, alongside a minimum of three years of experience in water engineering projects. Familiarity with relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD and hydraulic modeling software, will be an advantage.
