Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while actively engaging in sales activities. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their inquiries, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. You will also process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, while handling cash and card payments with care.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a positive shopping environment. Additionally, you will participate in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments, as well as conducting regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
