Defence Training Manager and TNA Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Defence Training Manager and TNA Practitioner to lead and enhance our training programs within the defence sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps and develop tailored training solutions that align with operational requirements. You will manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of effectiveness and compliance. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including operational teams and subject matter experts, will be crucial in developing training curricula that are relevant and impactful.

In this role, you will also oversee the scheduling and facilitation of training sessions, monitoring participant progress and performance. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in assessing training outcomes and making data-driven adjustments to improve program delivery. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining training documentation, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in training management, and a deep understanding of defence operations. A relevant qualification in training, education, or a related field is preferred, alongside experience in a military or defence environment.
