I’m working with a fantastic business in Burnley that’s looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team on a 3-month temporary contract. This is a busy, varied role where you’ll play an important part in supporting the HR function, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The Role

You’ll be supporting the HR team with a range of administrative duties, including:

• Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process.
• Coordinating interviews and managing recruitment administration.
• Responding to employee queries and providing general HR support.
• Assisting with absence, holiday and training records.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support across the HR function.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous HR Administration experience.
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Has strong communication and administrative skills.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Can hit the ground running and work independently.
