About the role
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for an experienced Stores & Warehouse Operative to join their team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining excellent stock control and warehouse standards.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining excellent stock control and warehouse standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and book in deliveries.
- Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch.
- Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Update stock and serial number information using internal systems.
- Process returned goods and maintain accurate documentation.
- Order warehouse consumables and support stock management.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including a counterbalance forklift (where licensed).
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised warehouse.
- Support general warehouse and facilities duties as required.
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or stock control role.
- Experience with Goods In/Goods Out processes.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (desirable).
- Forklift licence (essential).
- Permanent, full-time opportunity
- Salary of up to £29,000pa DOE
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
