A well-established SME in Knowsley are seeking a Semi-Skilled Assembly Operative to join their team. On offer is an hourly rate of £13.30 and hours are full-time Monday to Friday on days. Responsibilities:
- Assembly of product as instructed.
- Ensure assembly, inspection and test procedures are carried out using the correct tolls documentation and processes.
- Maintain proper completion of job cards and other associated manufacturing processes.
- Use and read measuring equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area.
- Carry out team designated functions.
- Feedback to Supervision and other designated personnel regarding problems and issues which you encounter.
- Assist in the introduction of new products into the assembly areas.
- Pursue cost saving operation where appropriate.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Previous experience working within a fabrication environment.
- Hard work ethic and a can-do attitude.
- Reliable.
- Able to provide 2 references.
