Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm | Friday 7:30am to 1:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Maidstone. This role would suit candidates with experience as a Factory Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Assembly Operative, Machine Operator, Production Assistant, Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, or anyone seeking a hands-on manufacturing role.

Key Responsibilities
- Working as a Production Operative within a busy factory environment
- Carrying out assembly and manufacturing tasks to company specifications
- Using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment safely and effectively
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Completing repetitive production and assembly work with a high level of accuracy
- Following manufacturing instructions and production schedules
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operating role is advantageous
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the working day
- Good manual dexterity and practical skills
- Ability to use hand tools and basic workshop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, assembly, or production environments is desirable but not essential
- £12.71 per hour
