Dovetail Recruitment are proud to be working with a long standing client who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team of 7. The business has been growing over the last 10 years that we have worked with them, and people are at the heart of their business.

Alongside the wider team who support you, you will be covering all aspects of Recruitment and HR across the UK, but also gain exposure to South Africa and Asia teams, making it a great role to diversify your experience. This is a strategic and analytical role where you’ll be developing HR strategies to business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnering

• Support leaders with HR strategies, workforce planning, organisational design and talent management.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention and performance.

Employee Relations & Performance

• Advise managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management cases.
• Conduct investigations and support workplace conflict resolution in line with employment law and company policies.
• Support performance reviews, goal setting and employee development.

Talent Acquisition & Development

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment activities, candidate selection and onboarding.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.

HR Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Maintain and develop HR policies, procedures and reporting to support informed decision-making.

Employee Lifecycle & Culture

• Manage and support the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to onboarding, probation and development.
• Work closely with managers to identify workforce and skills requirements.
• Support culture, engagement and training initiatives, alongside HR projects and general People & Culture administration.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR BP with experience at a strategic level
• Good understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD qualification
