CRM Coordinator / Associate – igaming

One of our massively growing igaming clients based in Africa is looking for a FULLY REMOTE CRM Associate for the below position.  Must be a forward thinker who can optimise their existing system.

Key Responsibilities:
● Own and manage CRM operations across four African markets, ensuring localized, data-driven strategies tailored to each region’s user behavior
● Design and execute targeted SMS and app push notification campaigns based on customer segmentation, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle stages.
● Develop and maintain automated CRM journeys, leveraging real-time user data and predictive analytics to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization.
● Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams to enhance CRM data pipelines, ensure clean event tracking, and validate audience segmentation.
● Perform cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and churn prediction to inform campaign design and overall CRM strategy.
● Conduct ongoing A/B testing and campaign performance analysis to continuously optimize message timing, content, and targeting by country.
● Ensure CRM strategy is technically scalable, maintaining reusable workflows and modular logic adaptable across different countries and products.
● Track and report key metrics (e.g., retention rate, ARPU, churn, CTR, conversion) by region, providing insight-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
● Maintain campaign documentation and workflow logic for transparency, consistency, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements:
Essential:
● 3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming, fintech, or mobile-first digital industries.
● Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms
● Technical understanding of event-based user journeys, segmentation logic, and mobile campaign automation.
● Expertise in SMS and push notification channels, including performance optimization and user personalization.

● Solid foundation in data analytics: cohort analysis, LTV, retention metrics, and A/B testing.
● Experience working closely with data or engineering teams on tracking and customer data validation.
● Strong communication and project management skills, capable of working across multiple markets simultaneously.

●Must have previous igaming experience for this position

Should preferably have experience with Sportsbook and Casino however Sportsbook is preferable.  MUST have good knowledge of Workflows for definition, Action and Execution.  Should have basic SQL knowledge too however, will have a team to assist.
