Key Responsibilities- Support KS1 pupils across 1:1 sessions, small group activities, and whole-class learning
- Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver creative, engaging activities that hold pupil's interest
- Utilise varied teaching techniques to support individual learning styles
- Experience: Previous UK-based teaching assistant or childcare experience is essential
- Curriculum Knowledge: Good understanding of the UK Primary/KS1 curriculum
- DBS: An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
- Work Authorisation: Must be eligible to work in the UK (Sponsorship unavailable)
- References: Must provide 2 recent professional references
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, resilience, enthusiasm, and a student-centred approach
