An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Moreton in Marsh

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Site Manager who has previous experience delivering a high end residential build and understands the importance of maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of a live refurbishment project.
• Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
• Maintaining excellent health & safety practices within a live operational environment.
• Providing regular progress updates and resolving any site issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects.
• Previous experience working on a high end build 
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with subcontractors.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work certificates.
• Available to start within the coming weeks.

• Freelance opportunity.
• 27-week contract.
• Bristol location.
• Free parking on site
