Key responsibilities include:

Leading complex business change programmes from inception through to operational handover.
Providing strategic leadership across programme planning, governance, delivery and benefits realisation.
Owning programme risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and resource planning.
Building trusted relationships with Executive and Board-level stakeholders, providing clear reporting and strategic direction.
Leading and influencing cross-functional, matrix-managed teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Managing programme budgets ranging from £250k to £10m.
Overseeing third-party suppliers and ensuring strong commercial and delivery governance.
Driving continuous improvement across programme management practices and delivery standards.

About You

Equally comfortable setting strategic direction as you are navigating delivery challenges, you'll be a confident communicator with the credibility to influence at every level.
We're looking for experience in:

End-to-end delivery of large-scale business change programmes.
Enterprise transformation across people, process and technology.
Strong programme governance, planning, risk and dependency management.
Senior stakeholder engagement, including Executive and Board-level reporting.
Leading matrix teams across multiple workstreams and disciplines.
Budget ownership and supplier management.
Delivering change within structured programme environments.

MSP and PRINCE2 experience is essential, with certification highly desirable.
What's On Offer

£70,000 - £80,000 salary.
30 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown.
Outstanding pension contribution.
Flexible hybrid working.
A collaborative, high-performing Business Change team delivering meaningful organisational transformation.
The opportunity to play a key role in shaping major strategic programmes with genuine visibility and influence.

If you're an experienced Programme Manager who enjoys leading large-scale business change and wants to make a tangible impact within a highly respected organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
