Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a leading food manufacturer based in Knowsley, L34.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Operatives, Food Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Packing Operatives, or Machine Operatives looking for a temporary to permanent position with excellent working conditions and genuine long-term career prospects.

The company supplies high-quality beef and vegetarian products to customers worldwide and is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are keen to develop within a fast-paced food production environment.

• £12.92-£13.62 per hour (depending on role and shift).

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Pack finished products to company quality standards.
• Weigh raw materials accurately.
• Complete production paperwork to ensure full traceability.
• Palletise finished products ready for dispatch.
• Recycle waste materials, including packaging.
• Handle materials weighing up to 25kg.
• Achieve daily production targets and KPIs.
• Maintain GMP standards and a clean-as-you-go working environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively as part of the production team.

• Previous experience working in a food production environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Good manual handling ability.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to cover alternative shift times when required to meet business needs.
• Due to shift start and finish times, applicants must live locally or have their own transport.

Two positions available:

• Monday to Friday: 1pm-9pm.
• Monday to Friday: 3pm-11pm.

Flexibility to cover alternative shifts when required is essential.
